Q: What do you think? Is it feasible? Would you ever want to give this a try? What would be more fulfilling and educational, a year of travel or a year of college? Why?
A: If your a begger and failed at every thing else you've tried in your life this is a good battle plan. This will never work in some countries, and before your leave to travel you need to earn enough money to pay for all the shots you'll need just to go to many places. Parts of this plan are totally feasible and would be fun. This really is a good way too travel and learn about other cultures, but for free??? I don't know about that. I would take college, get a job, and make enough money to travel when I retire.

Q: Check out the above info-graphic about the blogging world. Now that you are all official bloggers, what are your thoughts about the experience? Will you keep blogging after this class? Do you see it as a potential income stream for you in the future?
A: I would blog in the future after I retire. I would love to make some extra money and might make a hobby of it. But not having home internet hurts.

Loud Music

Q: Will it change how you listen to music? Are you worried about going deaf someday?
A: I have never listened to music that loud, and when I do I move myself away from the speakers. When I went to Rock Jam I wore ear plugs. I felt dumb but after my favorite bands I was glad I did, and it didn't effect the music either. I'm more worried about going blind then becoming deaf.

Obama Tax's
Link
Q: Your mission is to write a blog about these tax cuts. What do these cuts mean for you? What do they mean for the wealthy? For the poor? For businesses? Are you in favor of these cuts? Why or why not? What are the potential consequences of these cuts? What is the downside of less taxes? What is the upside? Are you happy about these tax cut extensions? Were you surprised that Obama decided to keep the Bush era cuts in place?
A: I agree with all Bush era tax cuts being continued, and they help everyone across the board, if the rich want to pay they can just donate! The consequence of Obama's pact is extending jobless benefits, thats why they expect the deficit to continue to increase. I'm not a fan of the child tax, it's money down the drain, but I favor the estate tax, it only lasts for two years. After think and reveiwing the Obama "deal" it does'nt surprise me that he moved in favor of extending the tax cuts, because at the same time he's "back dooring" jobless benefits and the possible ethanol credit. I'm surprised he has'nt shoved in "Don't ask don't tell."

Teen Drinking
Link to Article
Q: What do you think? Are you surprised by the article? Is binge drinking a problem? Do you see this type of drinking happening at your school? Does it worry you that a teen dies every 5 hours from drinking? Were you aware of the consequences that binge drinking poses on the teenage brain? Will this article change your own behavior and use of alcohol? Why or Why not?
A: I think the article is true, nothing really suprises me. Although I still think it is a problem, not only in college but in high school as well. I have never seen it in person at my school or any where else. Of course it bothers me that teens die every 5 hours from drinking, but if your stupid enough to do it, well what do you think is going to happen? I was'nt aware of the consequences because I've never heard the term, but now I know. I don't drink, so this is another reason not to.
